Refunds and returns

Short version: the app itself is free, so there is usually nothing to refund. If you paid for something and it does not work, email me and it gets sorted out.
The free download
SARAH for Windows and Linux is free and open source under the MIT licence. There is no purchase, no licence key and no subscription for the standard build, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid builds and licence keys
If you bought a paid build or a licence key and it does not work for you, tell me within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not need to justify it. Email support@sarahai.co.uk with your order reference — it is on the receipt and on the thank-you page.
After 14 days I will still look at it. If the fault is mine, the refund stands.
If the download itself fails
You do not need a refund for that — you need a working link. Send the order reference and I will re-issue the download, or send the file directly.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts rather than purchases, so they are not refundable in the ordinary way. If you donated by mistake, or donated twice, email me and it goes back — no argument.
Chargebacks
Please email first. A chargeback costs more in fees than the refund does, and it is slower for you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page removes rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including the 14-day cancellation right for digital purchases where it applies.
